After reviewing all brands, the following will take affect in the new year.

By business quarter 2, 2009, all customers under a "stripped or basic" plan will be charged $9.95 per month.  Please deduct $2 is you are a customer that did now have the premium support included in your service band when you subscribed.  If you would like access to the support desk, and premium web mail service included in your service, please submit a SUPPORT TICKET. This All other customers, unless your agent offers you a special, will be under a standard $15.95 or $19.95 premium Service offering.

All primary brands will be updated at the beginning of quarter 2.

12/24/2009

As of 12/24/2009, all business on subsidiary DialStream will be frozen.  All order links have been removed from the site, until current services are updated.  This will resume 2nd quarter of 2009.

We are in the process of building a new portal landing site on www.mtgweb.net.  In the future, all new customers will be directed to this site for everything, including accessing this support site.  You will be able to quickly submit a support request, pay a bill, get the most up to date contact info, and get the latest world breaking news, all without leaving the site!  You will also be able to get contact info for our new 24 Hour New Signup & Support helpdesk.  It will be staffed 24 hours, but in the late evening and early morning, limited staffing will be available.

Site will be available by Dec 1st, but may not be completely functional til QTR 2 2009.  Continue to use this site for things the portal does not have available yet.
