If you came here to download Slipstream SP, and currently run any accelerators on your PC, make sure you uninstall any and all other accelerators you are currently running BEFORE installing our version of Slipstream SP.

If you are UPDATING from an older version of our Accelerator, you still have to uninstall the previous version before installing the new one.  If your account includes our accelerator, your username works on all versions of the Slipstream Accelerator.

Also, make sure you do not add the @xxxx.com part to your username when logging into Slipstream.

You must enter just the username.   If you do not remove the realm you will not be able to login.
